Configure Guided Tours

Tasks: Configure Guided Tours

This task allows you to configure field level help text or guides. It will present itself as a question mark icon next to the field. Upon clicking on it, a popup text box will appear to present more information to the user.



Configuration is very simple and only require 3 inputs. You need to first select the right Business Process. Then you need to tick the Enabled checkbox, enter the Title and the Text required.


You can also add a External Link. Before you add it in this screen, you should first define the link using Tasks: Maintain Quicklinks
